The MLI Foundation is based on a simple idea: Donate a significant fraction of MLI’s resources to support organizations that are working to make our world a better place.
Our model takes a percentage of MLI’s time, product, and equity, and gives it to social-change organizations so they can amplify their impact.

TIME – We promote a culture of caring and help MLI employees find meaningful ways to spend paid time off devoted to volunteerism.
PRODUCT – Donated and discounted MLI lead development or mediation services help nonprofits increase their membership and operational effectiveness so they can focus on their core missions.
REVENUE –Beyond a critical threshold MLI dedicates 1% of revenue to provide funds for grants and monetary assistance, especially to support peace, discovery, the fight against hunger and various diseases, and employee- or client-inspired volunteer projects.

To disseminate our financial and intellectual wealth to better equip our communities and the world to address their challenges.
