Over the years MLI has provided some of its customers with value-adding mediation and conflict prevention or resolution services, where two parties or their representatives seek the assistance of a third to change, affect or influence their perception without invoking the authority of law – an often costly if not counterproductive development – resulting in major organizational improvements, sales or earnings growth, or other metrics expansion or impact.

MLI is chartered with identifying all factors that may lead to suboptimal or diminishing returns (organizational deadlock, sales or profit miss, etc.), stalemate or conflict escalation. We delineate and then help remove obstacles to effective negotiation or mediation, growth and fulfillment.
